Just keeping an eye on the band!Today Shaun marched in the Memorial Day Parade in Zeeland. It was chilly this morning but turned into a nice day. There were a lot of veterans from every war marching today. I worry about our people at war today and hope they come home safe. I am thankful that they were and are willing to give their lives to keep us free.
Shaun did a fantastic job marching and they sounded great playing the Star Spangled Banner. They memorized it and worked very hard preparing for the parade. I was very proud of him today.

Looking good Shaun! Aniken and Zander are looking forward to seeing you! (Although Zander is a bit nervous about the LONG plane ride, he felt a little sick last time and remembers it)
We can't wait to go traveling with you and your dad, it should be fun and certainly memorable! And your dad and I with our cameras will keep it all recorded! I'll also have some fun activities for all you boys...traveling with a teacher:)
